Prior to commencing at Ipswich North State School, most students and their parents will be required to attend an enrolment interview which take place on Thursdays.

- Completed Student Enrolment Form
- Signed Student Code of Conduct Form
- Signed Online Consent Form
- Signed Anti-Bullying Compact Form
- Signed Media Consent Form
- Proof of Residence x2
- Parent/Carer Identification
- Original Birth Certificate
Only provide if required:-
- Request to Administer Medication Form (obtain at the office)
- Permission for Chaplaincy Program
- Current Legal Documents

As Ipswich North State School is catchment managed, parents are required to provide current proof of address before any enrolments can be accepted.
